It's a shame we don't have many medics here - their expertise would come in handy. Still... [she's been on dangerous quests, she can at least change out and wrap bandages] A useful skill like that would make them an easy target for people hoping to cripple us, so perhaps it's for the better.

I can usually take care of basic injuries. With my job, getting hurt is pretty normal and not every injury is something you can go to the hospital for.

[ a lot of people have made jokes about the whole "batgirl" thing. and steph gets it, she does. she knows that if it wasn't her daily life, she would find the idea ridiculous as well.

but the way she says that, her voice is full of such pride and absolute joy that there is no question that she loves being batgirl. it's all she ever wanted. ]
